I went with a Fusion over a Mazda6 because of far better pricing at Ford and the difference is minor in driving experience. The Fusion is slightly more "comfort" oriented.

Loving Mazda's renaissance! Can't think of a single car in their line-up which i don't like. Even the new MX-5 is growing on me. This 'new' CX-5 looks great, improves on what needed to be improved and looks sharper and sportier. I would definitely buy one if i could.

Only 'issue' i have with Mazda is their color choices. I'd like to see more colors added, with greater impact.

I assume this will print $ for Mazda....

Mazda confirms a new trim line for the CX-5 which will presumably mirror what the US will be getting as the "Signature" trim:

The long-awaited Mazda diesel here, and... it's not that impressive. And it's really expensive ($4000 more than the regular Signature).

Given how hated diesel is, it should be $4K below the base CX5 to have any chance at sales.
