Was overtaken by a Dodge Challenger on the freeway yesterday (maybe 2nd or 3rd RHD Challenger I've ever seen). Boy, is it in need of a refresh or what?! :/

And when you see one from behind next to an old one, the new one looks narrow and tall. It's in desperate need of being made smaller and lighter. It's a great car in RT form, but the Camaro and the old Mustang are better.

A Dodge Challenger re-aimed at the FRSBRZGT86 would be a good idea. Slightly enlarged Alfa Miata???

I'd also redo the Charger so that it looks like a coupesedan version of the 68 Charger. Chrysler was going to do that but...

Just today, I caught my first Maserati Ghibli in the wild (not on a dealer lot), I was at a drive-up window at a Boston Market, and, in the post-snowy setting, it drove past me from the lot to my right and and gone across. It was during nightfall, too, but, I caught it quick.

Also, the past week, in northern NJ, saw my first unmarked Chevrolet Caprice PPV patrol-car, for all others that I've caught were in full police regalia.

Our Police Department got one of the first here. Total disaster. Off the road for months.

Its electrical system is design for Australian outback aka Arizona type conditions. Not salty covered New England.

Suffice to say we now buy Ford Taurus for our squad cars.

Just tonight, on Valentine's night, passing me at an intersection while I was stopped at a red light, in Englewood, NJ, I saw my first BMW i3 citycar on the road. It was in motion, and at night, and I couldn't tell if it was the all-electric, or the plug-in hybrid variant. I didn't think that these were even on the road, let alone being sold yet.

Coming home last night, I managed to spot a Porsche 996 Turbo Cabriolet and a Cadillac CTS sedan. Cadillac does sell cars in New Zealand, but they are as rare as supercars here. So seeing a CTS (and it was the 2003 era model) was quite a surprise.

In fact, I went on a local car buying site and you can buy first generation one here for $13,709.

Saw the new ELR. Looks miles better than Volt but not sure it's worth it's hefty price tag.

On the way home from lunch at a restaurant, I saw two older TVR's (a Cerbera and something from the 80's), a Rolls-Royce Armoured Car on a trailer and a Ferrari 2/308 cabriolet.
