I dond't know if I would call this a sports car. A sporty coupe or a boulevard cruiser maybe, but not a sports car.

U r Right.
I was wrong about sports car from Peugeot, but it's sporty coupe with nice interior that makes sports car from peugeot but it's not. Excellent job Peugeot.

Actually...

i think the huge front overhand is actually really nice on this car. the gappingly HUGE mouth looks great as well. it wouldnt look as interesting with-out it. its a very simply styled car other that the mouth and front overhand. so IMO it would look kinda bland wihout it...

Gaud, why the front overhang has to be so obscenely big... it's ruining an otherwise beautiful design.

Yeah... I've said the same, since I saw the concept. This thing has overhang for weeks. PLUS, those chintzy vents look like a Pep Boys afterthought... but even THEY are better than those hideous side mirrors. It's almost as if the designers realized toward the end of the process, "hell, we forgot mirrors! Oh well... think if we stick on some from a '94 Accord anyone will notice?"

All in all--and I've said this before, as well--looks more fitting as a Sebring than a 407 replacement. Damn them.

Thank God the view's better from the inside!!

P.S. What the hell is my friend's dad doing in the back seat?

The rear three-quarter view looks fine, and the interior's very well done.

Otherwise, the proportions and detailing of this car are wrong. As mentioned above, the front overhang is excessive, and the attempt to disguise it with the gills is just plain clumsy.

It's nowhere near as well done as the 406 coupe (although Peugeot tried to ruin that model with a chrome-outlined gaping grille late in its life).

Overall, it's disappointing. Which brings it into line with the 407 sedan and wagon, unfortunately.

OMG! I think this car is sex on wheels. Sure the front overhang is huge, but i saw the sedan in real life and although the sedan is out of proportion a bit (well a fair bit) it still looks sweet. But this isnt the 407 sedan discussion, its the 407 coupe. I still think its amazing, by making it a coupe it looks like they have fixed most of the proportion problems. i cant wait to see one is Australia

Huge grill and busy center console, but other than that it is amazing. It looks absolutely great.

Default Side Mirrors

That's an a** poor job on the side view mirrors. They look bolted on in a hurry, withouth much effort to integrate them with the rest of the car. Completely out of place. The gap between the door and the mirror looks HUGE.

Thank god I'm not the only one.

And dang, these guys sure had fun with really tiny buttons on the center console. Hope I don't want to use any of those functions while driving. Satellite controls on the wheel would be the logical addition, here.

In some ways the large mouth-like airdam and the vertical side vents give this car the look of an open-mouthed shark. .

Yeah it does remind me of a shark....a whale shark!Still dont like the rear end of this car, reminds a a bit of a cross between the Civic coupe and the Ford/Mercury Cougar
