Maybe by the time it reaches the Golf mark twenty (which should be within the next 10 years) we will get something that looks interesting instead of a mildly facelifted mark 5 which they will market as mark 6. If those pics are correct then it already looks boring next to the current Honda Civic or C4.

I'll just say it was Wolfgang Bernhard that decided all Golf sheetmetal from now will span 2 generations to keep costs down.

Current new VW management agree with this new cost cutting measure.

and just remember current Astra shares alot with previous version.

Maybe but it doesn't share the same elements of the design. The bases of the Golf VI is the same as the V (just check the windows)

New CGI from me.


I looked at the spyshot exactly and from this i have provide a cgi . This is definitely the new golf 6! I´ve done my best. ;-)

That's not how the next Golf will look. We already know what the side looks like from the spy pic, so it won't be a carbon-copy of the current which is what you have in your chop. It won't have an Audi-grille which has been stated by VW officials and it's also evident in the spy shot.
