I'd be more interested if they had given it actual buttons and a volume knob. That center stack irks me to no end.

This is going to sell in boatloads. I wonder how much this will hurt Rav4 sales?

If anything, it will make things easier. It's very hard to find a RAV4 hybrid on sale at any Toyota dealer. They can't keep them in stock.

I guess in retrospect it should have been obvious the new Harrier was coming to the US because even the JDM version has the USDOT mandated orange reflectors in the headlights.

This is one of the best-looking Toyotas in years. Hybrid only is a bit surprising, I wonder how that will effect its pricing with respect to the (much uglier) Highlander.

As usual, when a new CUV is released, this will likely hurt mostly top end RAV-4 sales, as well as lower end Highlander sales; But, I wonder, especially given the sleek and upscale looks in and outside, how much this will hurt Lexus NX sales (yes, I know, different dealership et all, but this is more modern, sleeker, and cheaper nevertheless)

I#'m also wondering whether the European market will get it as well, given that now the Highlander has been released as well; After all, they could position this as a sort of "coupe SUV", given the roof line.

Yup.

I think not having a Prime option is a huge miss for Toyota as well....my neighbours and a buddy of mine want one - supposedly the thing is an absolute rocket! Each Toyota dealer they went to said the waiting list was +6 months. My buddy, the last one he went to Toyota told him they weren't entertaining options for this car as they didn't know when they'd be back in stock...

I feel like the Prime PHEV 300HP drivetrain would likely be a direct fit in the Venza, but they might not have the manufacturing capacity to add it.
