Default Fiat Fastback Concpet

https://www.carscoops.com/2018/11/fi...ion-crossover/

A concept for a fastback CUV, based of the Brazilian Toro, and so far mostly intended for SOuth America from 2020 on; No idea what ca. 1996 VGA digital camera was used for these press pics ;)

I do think that it looks surprisingly decent, avoiding the hunchback look that most German fastback CUVs seem to adapt, and generally it looks good for a likely cheapo cross over; FCA would certainly be wise to not limit this to South America only;

It also seems to preview a new Fiat badge, btw...

I LOVE IT! If they had a modicum of common sense, it'd be brought to North America as a Chrysler...they don't so it won't.

A stylish carsuv (is that a word?) like this would do wonders for FCA car range in North America. I could see Dodge brand (if they want to keep it) as the Subaru like division for FCA.

Keep Jeep the "real" SUV division.

Now how about something say Mondeo sized as well?

More and more brands will do this, it only makes sense if SUVs are selling much more than regular cars.

Looks very good. The first gen X6 was very nice, because it was a novelty, but BMW has not improved it with the X4 and new X4 (reserving judgement for the new X6), Mercedes managed a good job with GLC Coupe, the GLE coupe including the new one continue their fail. The Acura ZDX is the best (yet not perfect: FWD, second row access/space). The Renault Arkana is surprisingly better than BMW and Mercedes, and this one looks probably even better, like a better ZDX.

Glad more "coupe SUVs/CUVs" are coming. They make way more sense than "hatchback SUVs/CUVs". Looks like in future the sedan and hatch will morph into suck kind of vehicles.

100%, plus far nicer profile than the GLE or X6.
