Are we sure this is teh right thread? The teaser quite clearly says it's the next Santa Fee, and I suspect if this is shown in Geneva, it will be the Euro Santa Fee (which is the Santa fee Sport in the US), and not the suspected laregr Veracruz.

That said, the teaser looks nice, well pretty much like a larger mid sized SUV (or a larger Tucson, which IMO is among the best looking cars in it's segment), but not game changing, which it likely does not require to be.

That is the teaser for the new sante fe and the car testing is the new sante fe, will correct the title.

well... it looks like Citoroen is loosing the "primate" on double layer front&DLR lights as well as on "DS Wing" chrome grille:

...I wonder how swizz is going to survive this "french idiosyncrasy extravaganza" on one of his favorite brands

I will admit the solution on the sketch looks better than most of the "slim headlight above a large one" solutions, certainly better than the overly busy Kona front end.

If they can reproduce the look of the sketch accurately on the vehicle, the result will be quite handsome. Anything less and it will look like the Jeep Aztek.

In the rendering, I like the way the chrome flows into becoming headlights. I think the 'fog lights' are overdone. If they toned it down - they'd have another winner on their hands for certain.

The fog lights are probably the actual headlights, while those up top are turn signals, etc.

I think that in 97.9% it is...

- stripes on top, right above the chrome grile: DLRs&turn signals!
- large squary lights in the middle: main head lights!
- smaller stripy lights on the botom: fog lights!

like on Citrone Cactus, C3, C3 Aircross, C5 Aircross and Kona... almost, because Kona's fog lights are (strangely) placed beneath the grille and not on the "corners", under the main lights.

I find it a combiantion/variation of this grille:

and this lights set-up...:

that surprisingly works rather well! ...not too original, but well in deed!

If that is close to production it will be another winner for Hyundai. So much nicer than the Aztek-Kona and a good evolution of the Sportage.
