I'm confident that Ford will hit it out of the park w/ this one. The Atlus was the surprise of the show last year - and they know that the competition will be stiff.

GM's new trucks, while almost indistinguishable from their predecessors, are markedly improved in terms of interior quality and fuel economy.

Dodge simply has the best looking trucks in my opinion (I recently sat in a Longhorn - DAMN!). Plus their new tranny and diesel engines will inspire sales.

I wouldn't be surprised if the new F150 launched early 2014 (as a 2015) to keep people in their showrooms.

Now we have interior shots:

Follows basic outline of Atlas design. Fit and finish a big leap over current model. But, as with many other new Fords, soooo many buttons.

Some say too many buttons, others say not enough.

As with the Mustang it appears to really need MFT to look its best IMO - that small screen and those big buttons may be practical with gloves and whatnot, but it really looks cheap!

Then again, it already appears miles ahead of the GM trucks...

Why not just take the existing pad below the MFT screen and just turn all those touch icons into actual buttons? With this and the new Mustang it looks there's a lot more buttons than that.

2018 facelift mostly uncovered. Not a fan personally.

It's a truck. Has a more 'Super Duty' vibe to it.

never really liked the taillights so hopefully that's better. front lights look no better or worse than before IMO. hopefully they won't overdue it with LED lights like Chevy did with its Silverado update.
