Interior "teased". Identzical to the one in the Skoda Scala, which also means that it uses a lot nicer materials than both small VW CUVs, the Seat Arona and the upcoming Audi A1 on stilts...

The only thing that is a bit weird is that the Skoda Scala is significantly larger than the other MQB-A0 cars (Polo, Ibiza, Audi A1), so a Scala CUV is basically the same size as a SKoda Karoq. Just, IMO, way better looking. Won't make life easier for the Karoq sandwiched between this and the Kodiaq....

hmm didn't know the scala was that large but the new MQB platform can support a variety of sizes and wheelbases, for example the arteon and alas are both MQB based, so the new platform is able to change depending on the needs of the car I guess.

Karoq
Wheelbase - 2,638 mm
Length - 4,382 mm

Scala
Wheelbase - 2,650 mm
Length - 4,362 mm

Of course the scala is slightly narrower. The Arona could give some info on the size of the Kamiq

Wheelbase - 2,566 mm
Length - 4,138 mm

So around 20 cm less in the wheelbase and around 24cm less in length, so while the Kamiq (EU one), might end up with similar dimensions, it could still be larger or smaller, and if larger, could cannibalize sales from the Karoq as you mentioned.

The real thing; There is something very Citroen about the headlights; The shape however is 100% pure current VAG Crossover, available in every size....
