Default Old car brochures

I have a large collection of brochures, mainly from the 1970's and 80's. Most in very good and some in pristine condition. Also there are some price lists and even typed letters from dealers.

Wondering if anybody would know if they hold any value.

From memory it includes items such as:
1980's Jaguar mags
Jaguar XJS launch brochure
booklet explaining the birth of the 'new' Jaguar v12
mid 70's Datsun 240Z brochure
Rover SD1
Austin Rover range c.1985
Audi 80
Audi 100
Mercedes 190
Various 1970's BMW brochures
Allegro Vanden Plas (seriously)
Renault 4,5,18,25,30 plus more, most hilarious...
1982 Vauxhall Cavaliar
Full 1985 Aston Martin and Lagonda brochure with press review of the Zagato
1993 A2?? i think sized Jaguar XJ220 calender
Various SAAB 900 brochures, one each for each model in range c.1988 i think

plus many more

There are many brochures being sold on Ebay. You might want to do some searches there to see how much your brochures might fetch on the market.

did have a quick look, found the XJS launch one for 12.99 buy now.... modern commen ones seem to be about 99p while some classic, rare/old ones seem to reach over 100.
Hoping to find out interest in the ones i have before deciding to sell

Ephemera collectors would have a field day with your collection. Yes they are worth money!!! Getting rid of them on ebay may take time, but worth the effort in my opinion. I'm sure it's forbidden here to let us know when they are up for sale. That's not a swipe at CSS just pretty standard rules of behavior. Moderators am I right?

If I'm wrong, I'd like to know when your collection is posted.

You could post them as a group or individually. I'd suggest individually. More labor intensive, but probably more lucrative.

Goof luck.:thumbsup::beer::dancebob:

Yep, had a quick look on eBay but was hoping maybe someone will have heard of a more specialist buying site. Though thinking about it, the various owners clubs might have an interest

I have a small collection of mid-late 80's brochures but not sure if they are worth much since they are mostly of Fiestas and Escorts lol. Might have some BMW, Honda, Fiat etc of that era as well.
Well you could sell em on ebay but quite frankly if its just to make a few pounds is it really worth letting go of your collection?
