Wondering if those leaked photos were Euro only and limited to the Hybrid. The fascia and bumpers here are much more normal. I actually like it quite a bit.
The front of the Asian version with the shorter bumper looks better than the US version.

Probably the effect of the small overlap crash test we have in North America.

I think those are 5mph bumpers.

I kinda liked how they extended the bumpers on the first gen model though.

I think the US bumper looks cleaner, and I think the extra few inches actually make the car look a bit more balanced.

That's interesting. I assumed the first gen Fit had a different front end for the US market because it wasn't originally designed for US bumper/crash standards, but I don't know why Honda has kept doing it for subsequent generations that should have been designed with US compliance in mind from the start. I figured it would be cheaper for Honda to make every Fit worldwide US-compliant so they only have to build one version.

The fault in that logic unfortunately is that crash standards as well as motor vehicle standards are just different enough in different markets that designing one for all won't work. Heaven forbid that standards should be universal.

They could all become those Antifa domestic terrorists and beat police officers and burn things.

@SV Honda could have done what Toyota did. The JDM Toyota Vitz and USDM Yaris for example look almost alike.

Same can be said about the Mirage and Juke.
