It's not exactly the Impreza replacement. According to Subaru it's supposed to go between the Legacy and Impreza.

It seems to slot between the current Impreza and Legacy because the last iteration was offered in Sedan and Hatchback body styles only. But you can't deny that this seems to be a wagon version of the WRX Sedan, especially the more powerful 2.0L version.

Doesn't look half bad for a Subie. Although it would have had a cleaner look had Subaru ditched the chrome to the base of the door window sills or extending it around the whole of the side DLO.

Looks nice :)

Btw, this car will be sold internationally right? (unlike the Exiga which only sold in Japan, Australia and RHD territories)

There is no hiding it that this is an Impreza Station Wagon. Not a hatchback we all know and love (or not), but a full on station wagon. Not bad looking either. I can see it sell in the USDM. Since Legacy is not available as a wagon anymore (sans Outback), this could be a perfect fit for the Impreza Outback Sport. I don't really see the Crosstrek being all that utilitarian, but the Levorg (please change that name) with the WRX engine could serve that purpose well.

I can live with the front, but that rear end and those rearlights.

I sense that the Outback is going to have to grow bigger to create space for this in their line up.

looks very good for C class wagon... most of these are nasty.

1.6 Turbo seems nice too... 170hp AND 250nm of torque seems about perfect for this car.
