Above each users details there is this icon

You can add reputation for users, for example positive reputation for an informative post like new spy photos or a teaser photo, or insight. Of course people can also remove reputation for negative posts which are not productive to the discussion, are hateful or abusive or disrespectful.

I can see the all the reputation people will add or remove, so please do not abuse the system since I can remove negative reputation if it has been added out of spite.

let's see how this goes and if does not work I will turn it off and we'll need to come up with a better solution to disrespectful posts.
