I would have changed the grille to plastic too because that is what most companies tend to do, especially with trucks.

The execution of the chop is great, but that has to be the ugliest car I've ever seen [which is what you were probably going for]

The only thing I'd do is make the door-pulls black plastic. Ultimate base-ness.

hubcaps smaller. door handles black, matte/body color grille, no side vent, black mirrors, no fogs.

if ford did make this they could use it as an extremely well priced entry level 'taurus' at about $16k but that would look silly against the fusion.
