I was just going to post this up using globalautoindex article & pics
Cool the 2007 Pajero and Pajero Evolution, don't like the Paj Evo much looks weird having the new Mitsu grill on it.

I've always like Pajeros even though this is a facelift I really like it, it is a good evolution of the front section & grill, Cool interior to BTW.

Does anyone know if this time round it's going to be called Pajero across the whole of Europe? I seem to recall reading before that the Shogun name would be dropped for the UK market when this went on sale

In the globalautoindex link is the press release and it looks like it will carry the Pajero name Worldwide by the sounds of the PR.

In Spain it would be called Montero, as usual. Pajero means wanker here.

Awesome. Although the car could've used a complete makeover, at least this is more than a simple refresh, and its certainly competitive. Looks good too! Way better than the Prado...

That's just what I've thought. I was hoping for all new Pajero but this one is clearly redesigned version of current car. Strange cause Pajero is old enough to be replaced. Can't see this one to be competitive against Prado or Pathfinder.
But the interior IMO is nice improvement over old one.

Very nice new corperate face is the only real exterior justice on this car. But I'm sorry, I have to say it, Ford Edge. The Edge and Pajero have a far too similar face, which was a carbon copy of a Toyota in the first place. Headlights are near identical, and the Edge only differs with it's extra chrome bar and badge from the Pajero. Just had to say that.

The little three-door Pajero looks fantastic. What a great looking little SUV. The front looks cool and the whole body seems to adjust well to the new three-door. I will say thought that the back is typically boring and unimpressive. I'm not a massive fan of how the new face has adopted to the 5-door wagon though. They needed more of a change there. But they have made a qunatum step up with this new dash design. Looks like it was apart of the origional design and not a tackey add-on. It needed more 'freshening' on the sides and back though if anything. Personally, I feel the Prado is a much more resolved design than this still.

The reason the Pajero is pretty much similar is because Mitsubishi don't have the money to develop an all new car to which its segment is dieing out slowly. Economics just wouldn't allow and all new Pajero.
