It's for Europe. I don't know if this will be here as well. I know the current Hiace is around two year's old, that is not really making sense if this comes to replace this because that looks newer than new Hiace.
Here's info:

yeah i read about it... but fact is this was sold in Australia b4 the current one came out here... all they have done to it is give it a new front design...

This is definetly not coming here coz then we would only be going backward.

I just dont get y Europe aint moving forwards with the new HiAce sold everywhere else in the world that gets a HiAce

Well, the EUro Hi ACe is front engined, like 99% of all Mini busses sold in europe, whilst asia & many other countries get the under floor version.

These flat nose ones were never popular in europe.

Thats actually based on the last JDM Hiace Granvia/Regius/Grand Hiace before it was replaced by the Alphard a few years back... this facelifted model was never released in europe(which continued with the old style front from the 90's)...
(2002 model shown)

Toyota Alphard...

Well, i called that as one of famous commercial van nameplates, that's what i called Legendary. Few countries like Japan and Australia sold well in the past 20-30 years (that's what i thought).

Your right!!

Toyota Australia used to sell this model HiAce in Australia, along side the "flat nosed" HiAce, which was badged in Australia, as the Toyota HiAce SBV - which mean's "Short Bonnet Vehicle"

When Toyota released the all new "flat nosed" Toyota HiAce in Australia, Toyota Australia also decided to axe the Toyota HiAce SBV from the lineup.

Now this was a surprising move by Toyota in Australia, because the LCV market in Australia, has now moved towards van's with the engines in the front and not under the front seat's, like the current "flat nosed" HiAce.

"Flat nosed" van's are fast disappearing from the Australian market - no more Ford Econovan, Mazda E Series Van, Kia Pregio, Mercedes-Benz MB100, etc, have all gone and now the market has moved towards your Ford Transit, VW Transporter, Mercedes-Benz Vito, Fiat Ducato, etc.
