Yes! Either that or the weird taped-over mailslot things below. So bizarre.

But very effective, as it really hides everything, and likely, gluing on large pieces of card board is also cheap and comparably lightweight, so not interfering with the cars driving dynamics; Or go the VW way of printing a wrap depicting another car looking realistic and undisguised at first glance, but actually hiding all details entirely below.

More pics, with no cardboard camo this time, and black cloth instead.

It seems to be highly influenced by the RAV4, including thin front lights, grille and the slopping C-pillar. Just bigger, and probably slightly more restrained here and there, to please the Highlander crowd...

Looks almost identical to me...too early for me to judge.

IMO they did a great job with the new Rav-4 so if they follow that styling this should be an improvement

I just Google'd pics of the Highlander. I remember it being a bit more blob-like, for whatever reason.

Agree that it's hard to tell from the teaser, but I see a bit more sculpting and bit more of an "athletic" appearance. Overall shape is quite similar, though.

The teaser looks nasty and bulbous. I find it rather ugly.

Are you aware of the upcoming Explorer and Aviator, or are you being facetious?
