Default Volkswagen Advanced Mid-Size SUV

These names But this one looks much better than the other china only (?) model. This feels like a baby between the new Touareg and T-Roc

This looks pretty good, indeed like a blown up T-Roc with some new Touareg cues thrown in. I wonder how similar this is to the 2-row Atlas variant that’s going to be at the NYC show.

Looks like a VW Edge type of product. What's with the guy's pants? Could they not afford his size?

lol - agreed!!!

However, I think it's a style/trend. I see a lot of 'fashion inclined appearance types' (use your imagination - you know what I'm talking about....and floods (as I called them in high school) seems to be a thing now.

This just screams "designed by committee". It's a very in-cohesive design. It's as if the blocky front end was designed in China, the scarred side profile was styled in America and the curvaceous rear end in Germany and then mashed together by a bunch of old accountants and marketers in a meeting room.

I agree, but getting the right products in dealers is paramount. This is VW. They are incapable of design brilliance.

Detailing and front end puts me off. Not 'loving' any of Volkswagen's newest products. They seem to have run out of ideas as to how to keep evolving the same designs and not step between the thin lines that separates them from the rest of the VAG group.

This is the 5-seater version of the Atlas, no?
It fits the sketch at least.

It looks similar but not quite the same. The face and door sill area appear to be different, and the crease in the side goes through the door handles in the sketch.
